The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.
It took 16 years in the sport, 3 world championships and one Olympic Games, but we did it! 2022 75KG World champion! I cannot thank everyone enough for all the love and support over the last few weeks. The experience was incredible from the beginning to the end.
April 8th 2022
We're finally back in the game!
Just a few days ago I reclaimed my title as continental champion. My team and I are extremely proud of the outcome, but most importantly we were fortunate enough to come across various valuable lessons through and through. Every match had its own challenge and we embraced then and faced each and everyone of them head on. Additionally, I would like to highlight how proud I am of all my teammates, especially the wonderful up and coming women that made it to the top 4 of their categories at their first continental championship. Women's boxing has only been in the Olympic Games for 2 cycles and it is evolving so fast thanks to all of those pushing for equality in women's sport. What a privilege it is to be able to represent my country on the highest stage!
As we return to a more regular competition schedule the next few months are going to be extremely busy. So stay tuned as more and more content will be released!

First and foremost, Happy new year! Welcome to 2022.
It's officially over. Just Kidding! Not even close. We thought that we had seen the worst in 2021, but here we are in 2022 and it feels like we've gone 20 steps backwards, at least where I am from.
But on a real note.. can we take a moment to appreciate what we've all accomplished in these last 20 months or so?! For everyone who is reading this - congrats we made it this far. It hasn't been easy and somedays are worse than others, but we will get through it and the dust will settle.
SO! I've got some good news! As the world navigates through this on-going pandemic, sport associations are adapting, which means that Team Canada will be back on the circuit! Not so great news, I don't have any specific dates. BUT! expect a world championship and a continental championship!
For me 2022, is a year of healing and the a year of thriving.
Stay tuned! More to come soon!
It's officially over. My first Olympic experience was "unique" to say the very least.
I won't lie, it didn't go the way I wanted it to, but I am extremely proud and grateful to have made it this far. This whole process has allowed be to learn so much about myself and what I am capable of. These games were an enriching experience that I will use it to come back not only a stronger boxer, but also a stronger woman.
So now what?
First and foremost , I need to rest and recover. We are already a year into another Olympic cycle, so I am going to take all the time I can get to spend it with my family and loved ones.
I dream of a future where I accomplish exceptional things.. that's why I am going to keep my head held high and keep striving for excellence. I hope that my journey inspires others to follow their dreams no matter what.
See you in Paris 2024.
Sky's the limit!

After a long a long year and a half of waiting, the time is finally here! I have officially punched my ticket to Tokyo 2020. The games are set to take place starting July 23rd, 2021- August 8th 2021. Unfortunately our AMBC (Americas) qualifier was cancelled. Therefore with the ranking system I was allocated a spot to compete in Tokyo this summer.
This spot was not given to me, I have worked very hard to be where I am right now and I cannot wait to let it all out on the ring in 8 weeks. Now that my spot is secured, the real work begins. The next 60 days are dedicated sharpening up and peaking for the performances out in Japan. Like my old man would say - It's time to get down to business!
I would not be where I am today without my loved ones and everyone who has been on this path with me. I was so fortunate to have been surrounded by incredible & dedicated individuals.
To everyone who has been on this journey with me.. Thank you! This one is for us!
Cheers,

For the second year in a row our Olympic Games Qualifier has been canceled. As we await more detail from the IOC Boxing Taskforce, it is fair to say that this news has devastated athletes across the continent.
So far, all we know is that Quota spots will be given out based on the Athlete 365 Boxing rankings.
Here I go back to the beginning of the Olympic dream! Get the know me a little bit more by watching this short clip!
